Terms of Service

When booking a treatment with The Finishing Touch you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service.

Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. This deposit with be credited to your account with us The Finishing Touch.

Cancellations

Our clients are incredibly important to us at The Finishing Touch. We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, that you please provide us with at least 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.

If you reschedule, cancel or don’t show for your appointment, we will charge the following fees:

• 50% of your deposit if you RESCHEDULE within 24 hours before your appointment

• 100% of your desposit if you are a NO SHOW or CANCEL your appointment within 24 hours.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in special circumstances and/or in case of an emergency.

Please call us for ALL cancellations on 04 471 1469 as soon as you are aware a change is required.
